Dudes!


As most of you are aware I am leaving my current job. I have good prosects for a new visa so do NOT worry. I am not coming back to Europe. I know many of you would love to see me back, but seriously I will be depressed and that is not what you guys want from me!

I have decided to vent a little bit and since it has been a while that I have actualy posted here I thought why not.


Sometimes you have a plan that appears to be great at the start and when it actually happens it might not have been the brightest of brightest. I took a couchsurfer in. Let me explain to who doens't understand. Its this thing that you offer your couch to a traveller. Nice and simple. In this case a Dutch guy. Bottom line is that he is not a bad peron and actually nice but ow so annoying.

Example, I came home and had the just had the biggest milkshake ever and was feeling really sick. Then he comes over and say, I think you want an icecream, well actually I don't. But he keeps on coming to me and says yes you are, yes you are. So he forced me to eat an icecream. Fact 1) i dont really like ice cream, Fact 2) i don't like it of people tell me what to do let alone stand that they think they can think for me.

He was here only for a 3 days and he did the dishes. So when he left he gave me this card that mentiones the following: God knows your purpose. On the back he was so kind to write that altough I am far from my familiy, God is always near..... yes I guess you can all imagine the look on my face. But granted that was just his way to thank me and wish me the best for the future. But then it came, he actually gave me a bible..... SERIOUSLY.. he gave me a bible.

I mentioned that I am not religous and that I do apreciate his good wishes.. but giving me a bible is the limit. I said look its better to give it to someone who is actually interested, but he was a stubborn one and put it on my book shelf. My luck.

Today is the day that I have met the rudest person in my life so far. A backpacker, well to be more specific, a Danish backpacker. Which to be honest surprises me a lot since they are normally very nice and polite.

Anyway she wanted me to help her, but she demanded, when I went through her vouchers to see what else she had booked she went throught the roof and yelling at me that that was private. So I put the phone down ( i was reconfirming her tour which she booked through someone else) and mentioned that I am just trying to help her out. That this is not in my job desrcription and that she should be happy that I am helping her out. As well that I wanted to check her dates as her tour turned out to be cancelled and I wanted to see if she was flexible, so she could go another day. But she was a bitch and put her hands over the voucher as I cannot understand anyway because it is all in Danish.

The bitch, I cannot understand Danish but I do recognize dates and confirmation numbers. Once its all finished she thanks me and said that had no right to be angry with her in the most bitchiets tone. So that's when I not so kindly pointed out that she is the most rudest person I have met in my life. She replied that I don't know what I am talking about since that is the way she is. So i replied you are a rude person and why don't you just go to the rock and stop waisting my time. I figured if you are rude with me I am rude with you. I felt great, she just walked past and yelled HEY at me in that way that she is about to knock you down. I believe that she just should go off the Backpacker 2 minute noodle diet and eat something substantial. Maybe that will improve her mood....

Well she hasn't eaten yet has she just was so rude again that I am actually scared!! I really hope that she will not abuse someone on her trip!!!

Well that's it for today. It is finally 7pm and I can go home!! xxxx
